PRIVATE CHEF & BUTLER

Every villa is staffed with a Private Butler who will discreetly see to all the details of your stay, including pre-stocking groceries, planning offsite activities, and coordinating in-residence spa services. Your butler is available 24/7 or for whatever length of time you prefer.

Your private, highly-skilled gourmet Chef prepares and serves breakfast and lunch made with seasonal, artisanal ingredients cooked exactly as you request. The chef is also available to prepare dinner for an additional fee.

CONCIERGE

After making the arrangements for your stay, you will immediately be contacted by Del Mar Concierge services to begin pre-arrival arrangements including airport transportation, golf tee times, Catamaran excursions and dinner reservations. Once you are in residence, your butler can arrange all other requests through the onsite Del Mar Management office, making your visit truly carefree.

MEDICAL & SECURITY

Los Cabos is among the safest locations in all of Mexico, but Del Mar goes above and beyond any community in the area with its security and emergency medical services. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Del Mar has security personnel at each entry gate, roaming security guards, and a central office where dozens of on-site security cameras are monitored.

A bilingual emergency response team is in place, including an on-call Doctor and Chief Medical Officer who handles any medical emergency as well as a registered EMT on staff. Many members of the Del Mar staff are CPR certified and prepared for emergencies with defibrillators located throughout the property. The modern Amerimed hospital is located five minutes away in San Jose del Cabo.

It’s easy to stay connected to home from your Del Mar villa, which offers high-speed wi-fi and cable TV with 60 U.S. channels including East and West coast feeds and NFL Sunday Ticket.
